following:
Microsoft Explorer (sometimes the quickest and
less troublesome method, but for experienced users only)
If you
are having problems downloading the files, click on Microsoft Explorer above.
You can either save it for later use or copy and paste the text to your
favorite application.
After
you enter your book data, either attach it to an email or mail the disk to us.
